Assistant Girls Golf Coach - Bismarck High School

Responsibilities

• Aiding in the planning and execution of practices and training sessions.
• Teaching and developing golf skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and character.
• Supporting the growth of student-athletes both on and off the course.
• Assisting with meet preparation, supervision, and travel responsibilities.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Communicating effectively with student-athletes, parents, school personnel, and community members.
• Serving the mission and expectations of Bismarck High School and Bismarck Public Schools.
• Completing all required district and NDHSAA coaching certifications and trainings.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience in golf is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with high school-aged student-athletes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and educational athletic environment.
