About This Role
Medina Learning Academy in Medina, TN is seeking a qualified Assistant Teacher to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2), Preschool (3–5), Mixed / All Ages in a center-based environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.
We're a childcare center licensed by the State of Tennessee for ages 6 weeks to 12 years, serving after school.
We're looking for warm, creative individuals who adore children and radiate a friendly presence.
What You'll Do
- We're seeking someone to provide devoted care and attention to our little ones
- Effective communication with parents and staff is essential
- Crafting engaging activities to keep our children engaged and active is a must
- Familiarity with and adherence to our child safety protocols is crucial
Requirements
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

About Medina Learning Academy
Medina Learning Academy is a new fun filled learning nurturing environment that thrives on providing a safe environment for all children. We are currently interviewing for the following positions: a two year old teacher, a three year old teacher, a Pre-School teacher for four year old children to get ready for Kindergarten. We also are hiring for three Permanent Floater positions. These three Permanent Floater Positions will be replacing the regular teachers on their days off during the week and cross training in all classrooms.
Our staff work four days a week at ten hours a day. We are off on week-ends our operating hours are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. We are looking for those who are at least 18 years old, love children, dependable, and pass a drug/background check.
