About the role

Assistant Girls Cross Country Coach supporting the educational and athletic philosophy and objectives of Robbinsdale Area Schools.

Responsibilities

• Promote fair play in accordance with the Minnesota State High School League "Code of Ethics."
• Fulfill all duties of an assistant coach, including regular attendance at games, tournaments, and practice sessions.
• Instruct student-athletes on rules, rule changes, new developments, and innovative coaching ideas.
• Understand and apply rules and regulations set by the Minnesota State High School League.
• Adhere to Robbinsdale Area Schools' rules and regulations.
• Develop all levels of play within the program.
• Communicate with feeder programs on expectations of "Falcon Pride" and off-season development opportunities.
• Support the academic growth of all players and managers in the program.
• Hire and manage a staff that models and mentors all aspects of "Falcon Pride."

Requirements

• Knowledge of the sport.
• Coaching licensure.
• Coaching experience preferred.
