Responsibilities

• Review the store’s P&L, assist in scheduling, and follow the GM’s direction to reach cost goals
• Master menu and product knowledge
• Serve guests and make meaningful connections
• Be responsible for the restaurant and the team
• Set the tone for the shift and give clear, calm directions to staff about their duties
• Supervise and mentor staff members; manage crew development, motivation, training, and evaluations
• Support or work stations when needed (including kitchen)
• Assist the GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures
• Maintain Health Department standards throughout each shift
• Follow proper alcohol handling policies and procedures
• Ensure proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintain proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1–3 years management experience
• Prior knowledge of profit and loss statements preferred
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy
• Strong work ethic, desire to exceed guests’ expectations, and a real passion for fresh food
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Working Conditions / Hours

• Typical work day may include:
  • Morning shift – 7 am – 4 pm
  • Mid shift – 10 am – 8 pm
  • Evening shift – 3 pm – 10 pm
  • Weekends – when applicable
  • Holidays – when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas)
• Hours will vary by store
• Work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment using equipment such as a flattop, char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor
