About the role

The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all restaurant processes and personnel
• Staffing levels and the smooth operation of the venue
• Ensure excellent guest experiences at all times
• Support the mission by demonstrating guest service standards and holding team members accountable
• Manage weekend, holiday, and peak business periods shifts

Requirements

• A minimum of (1) year restaurant supervisory experience in a high volume operation or (3) years of restaurant related experience in a high volume operation
• An Associate's Degree or higher, or successful completion of an internal development program
