About the role

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to address operational issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
