About the role
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to address operational issues and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
