Assistant General Manager | Sales / Operations Manager

About the role

Elements Massage® is seeking a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio. This role offers growth opportunities within the Wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the Massage Therapy wellness studio
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Lead a team in an organized and efficient manner
• Identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks
• Communicate effectively through strong verbal and written skills
• Show strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and motivate staff
• Work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Possess strong organizational and project management skills
• Trainer and motivator with a focus on customer service
• MindBody Software experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Able to believe in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy
• Experience in management, including but not limited to sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager
• Excellent leadership skills to lead a team efficiently
• Customer service oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible working days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Trainer and motivator with a focus on customer service
• MindBody Software experience is a plus
