Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Support the daily operations of the shooting center, including but not limited to, managing firearms, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Participate in the Employee Development Program to develop leadership skills and advance within the organization.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for firearms and a commitment to safety.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
