Job Summary
Upscale boutique hotel and restaurant is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager. Ideal candidates are courteous, have excellent leadership and customer service skills, and are willing to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Essential Functions
- Oversight and performance of all Front Desk duties
- Maintain store inventory par levels
- Monitor and maintain a clean work environment
- Monitor daily reservations and make confirmation phone calls
- Record all deliveries and any errors
- Coach and support new and existing staff members
- Handle customer reservations and requests over the phone
- Ensure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
- Support the General Manager as applicable
Physical Demands
- Regularly use hands to handle or feel
- Frequent standing and walking
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus
