Job Summary

Upscale boutique hotel and restaurant is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager. Ideal candidates are courteous, have excellent leadership and customer service skills, and are willing to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Essential Functions

  • Oversight and performance of all Front Desk duties
  • Maintain store inventory par levels
  • Monitor and maintain a clean work environment
  • Monitor daily reservations and make confirmation phone calls
  • Record all deliveries and any errors
  • Coach and support new and existing staff members
  • Handle customer reservations and requests over the phone
  • Ensure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
  • Support the General Manager as applicable

Physical Demands

  • Regularly use hands to handle or feel
  • Frequent standing and walking
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus
