Assistant General Manager - Momosan

About the role

The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all restaurant processes and personnel
• Staff levels and the smooth operation of the venue
• Ensure excellent guest experiences at all times
• Support the mission by demonstrating guest service standards and holding team members accountable
• Work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed

Requirements

• A minimum of (1) year restaurant supervisory experience in a high volume operation or (3) years of restaurant related experience (in a relevant function to the position being applied to) in a high volume operation

Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree or higher
• Previous work experience from an equal or higher position with very similar job responsibilities and business volumes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
