Assistant General Manager | Lola Rose Grand Mezze

About the role

The Assistant General Manager will support the following food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt:

• Lola Rose Grand Mezze - three meal restaurant & lounge
• In-Room Dining - Offering breakfast, lunch & dinner

Responsibilities

Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
Full understanding of Colleague engagement
Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to exceed guest expectations
• Full-Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
• Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or supervisory experience required
• Proficient computer knowledge, including working knowledge of point of sales systems
• Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized, have strong leadership skills and possess a strong food and beverage knowledge.
