Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, from opening and closing routines to quality, safety, and maintaining a smooth site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills that will help you maintain your facility and meet customer’s quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Prominent leadership experience—1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of high-volume retail or service operations, including delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Initiative and leadership by example, modeling our values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability on your team.
• Excellence in coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, building confidence, and helping team members grow into new responsibilities.
• Organization and focus, even in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and constant activity.
• Positive attitude, enjoy working with people, bring positivity to every interaction, and feel energized working outdoors in a fast-paced setting through all weather conditions.
• Ability to adapt quickly, stay curious, and be excited to grow into a leadership role in a rapidly expanding, people first company.
