What You Will Actually Do

Compensation

This position includes competitive base compensation plus performance-based earning opportunities. More importantly, this role is designed as a development track into General Manager, where compensation changes with responsibility and performance. Our General Managers participate directly in the economics of the clubs they operate through profit sharing. A successful GM running one club can typically earn approximately $50,000–$75,000+, with multi-club leadership beginning around $75,000+ and increasing with the size and performance of the operation.

We are not simply accumulating gyms. As we acquire clubs, we are building them toward our Workout Anytime 2.0 model with expanded strength, premium wellness and recovery, body scanning, personalized programming, coaching, and a stronger member experience. That creates opportunities for leaders who want to build, not simply maintain what someone else already created. The people joining this company now have an opportunity to help build locations, teams, systems, and eventually parts of the organization that do not exist yet.

Who Should Apply

If you are competitive, coachable, commercially minded, comfortable talking to people, and serious about becoming a leader. You do not need to have already been a General Manager. You do need evidence that you can perform. Sales, fitness, hospitality, automotive, retail, restaurants, athletics, or another performance-driven environment can all translate well. We care more about trajectory than pedigree.
