Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote a high standard of customer service
- Aid in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including written policies and procedures for all facility services, administration, and maintenance
- Coordinate with the General Manager on a monthly and yearly basis regarding management reports, outlining key facility statistics and a summary of daily operations
- Initiate and maintain constant communication and collaboration with various ancillary departments
- Submit all paperwork, financial reporting, and payroll
- Responsible for cash handling policies and procedures
- Responsible for cash drawer maintenance and daily deposits
- Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the hospitality staff to ensure efficiency
- Oversee liquor, beer, wine, and food inventory, calculate costs of food and beverage items for recipe costing
- Check inventory supplies and equipment daily
- Attend to any concerns logged by guests in a professional and timely manner
- Supervise staff members along with performing monthly evaluations of staff members according to performance and participation
- Study market trends to help determine the future goals of the hospitality division
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry
- Exceptional knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures
- Strong leadership/managerial skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with staff members
- Ability to adapt to change, including adherence to strict budget and labor guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 50lbs
