About the role

The Assistant General Manager at Yardstick will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead, train, and support the team of Dog Hosts, ensure exceptional customer service, monitor dog welfare, maintain a clean and safe facility, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations
• Help lead, train, and support our team of Dog Hosts
• Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after each stay
• Monitor dog wellness, behavior, and safety throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
• Help drive operational excellence and team accountability
