About the role
The Deputy General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Boston office. This individual will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives and manage team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements
