As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Wawa, you play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and achieving its goals. Your responsibilities include maintaining a positive customer experience, training staff, managing schedules, monitoring store performance, and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Gather feedback from customers and solve problems to ensure satisfaction.
- Execute quality and engaging training sessions for Customer Service Associates.
- Hire, onboard, coach, recognize, and motivate the team to perform at their best.
- Carefully coordinate schedules and daily tasks to optimize operation efficiency.
- Maintain and review store performance data, manage shrinkage, and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to develop and implement strategies for optimal results.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in food service or retail environments.
- A strong background in store operations, including staffing, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense control.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $24.50 - $33.00, with bonuses available.
