Assistant General Manager

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty
• Aid the General Manager in managing labor budget

Skills And Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area
• Prior cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Able to communicate in conversational English
• Able to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
• Able to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely

Physical Requirements

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights
• Sometimes required to remain in a seated position

Work Schedule

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
