Responsibilities

  • Partner with the GM on hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of front-of-house staff
  • Lead guest relations — set the tone for service, handle escalations, and turn first-time visitors into regulars
  • Manage floor operations during shifts, including opening and closing duties
  • Support scheduling and labor management to control costs while maintaining service standards
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Help track and hit financial targets, including sales, labor, and cost of goods
  • Coach and motivate the team, giving feedback and supporting professional growth
  • Step in for the GM when needed and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture

Requirements

  • 2+ years of fine casual or fine dining restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Good business acumen

Qualifications

Competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000 based on experience

Up to $20,000 in annual incentive bonus
