Responsibilities
- Partner with the GM on hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of front-of-house staff
- Lead guest relations — set the tone for service, handle escalations, and turn first-time visitors into regulars
- Manage floor operations during shifts, including opening and closing duties
- Support scheduling and labor management to control costs while maintaining service standards
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Help track and hit financial targets, including sales, labor, and cost of goods
- Coach and motivate the team, giving feedback and supporting professional growth
- Step in for the GM when needed and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture
Requirements
- 2+ years of fine casual or fine dining restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Good business acumen
Qualifications
Competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000 based on experience
Up to $20,000 in annual incentive bonus
