Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and ensure that our restaurants operate in accordance with our core values, systems and procedures, and brand standards at all times.
• Manage a 40-50 person staff and be directly involved in all hiring, employee training and development, terminations and performance management.
• Manage the floor, open and close the restaurant, write schedules (with the help of the management team), manage cash, make financial projections, manage expenses, budget labor, oversee ordering and inventory, complete necessary maintenance and repairs, handle any emergencies, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and implement all changes or updates to our menu, policies or procedures.
• Drive and monitor restaurant performance through the use of financial statements, sales, and/or activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements related to the restaurant industry.
• Maintain accurate inventories and reconciliations.

• You have 2+ years of management experience.
