Key Responsibilities
- Support the GM in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Aid with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost control.
- Act as Manager-on-Duty, ensuring seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Partner with the culinary and bar teams to execute seasonal menus and specials.
- Contribute to community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an AGM or FOH Manager in a high-volume, full-service or upscale casual restaurant.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment.
- Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, labor management tools, and restaurant financials.
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating welcoming and memorable dining experiences.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
