Key Responsibilities

  • Support the GM in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop FOH team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Aid with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost control.
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty, ensuring seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Partner with the culinary and bar teams to execute seasonal menus and specials.
  • Contribute to community engagement and local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an AGM or FOH Manager in a high-volume, full-service or upscale casual restaurant.
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment.
  • Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, labor management tools, and restaurant financials.
  • A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating welcoming and memorable dining experiences.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
