About the role
The Assistant General Manager oversees daily operations, manages staff, and ensures customer satisfaction in a bustling restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen and dining staff to ensure efficient service and quality food preparation.
- Manage inventory and budgeting to optimize resources and reduce waste.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle stressful situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
