Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations and assists in operational planning.
• Coaches team members and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Tracks and develops sales targets under the guidance of the Market Leader.
• Coordinates administrative tasks to maintain smooth workflow.
• Works closely with the Market Leader to drive Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement, and Customer Satisfaction.

Requirements

• Business, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in tree care or landscaping.
• Prior leadership experience or demonstrated ability to coach and coordinate teams.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing operational logistics.
• Willingness to pursue ISA Certification (if not already obtained).
• High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.

• $90,000 - $100,000 annually.
