Responsibilities

Property Oversight: Ensure the residential community maintains the highest standards of excellence. Oversee the Concierge team, service standards, and safety protocols to maintain a well-maintained and secure environment for residents.

Collaborative Leading: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork. Provide guidance and support to ensure everyone is aligned with the vision of delivering exceptional resident service.

Resident Interface: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Serve as a trusted point of contact, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs to enhance their living experience.

Customer Service: Make introductory calls to all future residents prior to move-in and initiate face-to-face meetings with new residents to assure quality control and confirm satisfaction with service provided. Handle all resident complaints expeditiously, diplomatically, and professionally. Provide resolutions to resident problems and ongoing resident relations.

Compliance: Maintain accurate files for all site administration, including lease files, operational procedure files, work-order files, etc. Prepare and process appropriate written communications, such as memos, letters, insurance incident reports, etc.

Financials: Collect and post all resident rent payments and manage the accounts receivable process. Submit, review, and approve purchase orders, and maintain good relationships with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • 5 total years of experience in the multifamily industry
  • Results-oriented leader with genuine care and concern for team, vendors, and residents
  • Commitment to exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service to strengthen real estate value
  • Technology enthusiast proficient in using tools and platforms including Microsoft Office, calendar management, Yardi, and social media
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with ease among team, residents, and vendors
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Readiness to execute tasks with hard work, grit, and perseverance
  • Commitment to doing the right thing, even when no one's watching
  • Championing belonging, empowering people to be their best selves at work and at home
