Responsibilities
- Interviews and trains team members for restaurant operations.
- Ensures the team prepares food and serves guests efficiently, meeting operational and safety standards.
- Manages inventory, orders supplies, and maintains cleanliness and security.
- Maximizes profitability by controlling costs and ensuring adherence to operational systems.
- Accurately completes administrative duties, including financial reports.
- Maintains a positive, welcoming atmosphere and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Enforces food safety and security protocols.
- Completes administrative paperwork and represents the company professionally.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
- One year of restaurant management experience.
- ServSafe certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team.
- Proficient in computer skills and driving.
- Physical ability to move up to 50 pounds and maintain a professional appearance.
