Assistant General Manager
Responsibilities
- Proper management of all departments at the plant level
- Reports to the General Manager
- Responsible for revenue, profit and growth at the assigned location
- Executes primary responsibilities in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures
Requirements
- Managerial and high level organizational skill experience
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and resourceful to meet established goals
- Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a laundry facility preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required
- Previous experience in P/L
- Must have computer skills such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, production management and supervisory role
- Experience in consulting, training, goal setting, employee relations, and problem solving
- Recruit and develop staff members and conduct employee reviews
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required

Schedule
- Mondays through Fridays regular work schedule
Qualifications
Must possess 2+ years in customer service, sales, production management and supervisory role.
Must possess 1+ years experience in consulting, training, goal setting, employee relations, and problem solving.
Must be able to recruit and develop staff members and conduct employee reviews.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
