About the role
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store including inventory management, customer service, and sales. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
