About the role
Assist the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant operation including opening, closing and product ordering. Assist with aspects of Profit/Loss with the business.
A generous monthly bonus will be paid for meeting food and labor goals.
Responsibilities
- Several opening shifts as well as several closing shifts expected (not later than 10pm).
- Meals and uniforms included.
