About the Role
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Assure profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
- Create a positive work environment and uphold Papa John’s values and culture.
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- Motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and developing a high-performing team.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
