Assistant General Manager
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse.
- Provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement.
- Achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L development.
- Solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committees.
- Present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience.
- or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s Degree.
