Assistant General Manager

About the role

Lancaster Wings is seeking high-energy, people-first leaders to join their management team. Ideal candidates should have 1+ years of experience in restaurant management or shift leadership, passion for sports, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business, coach the team, and drive performance
• Set clear expectations, hold team accountable, and lead with purpose and positivity
• Hire, train, and develop talent
• Run the playbook: labor, inventory, scheduling, compliance, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Jump in where needed — this is a hands-on leadership role
• Be the calm in the chaos: solve problems, de-escalate issues, and lead by example

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in restaurant management or shift leadership (high-volume preferred)
• Passion for competition, sports, people, food, and fast-paced environments
• The ability to lead under pressure, stay organized, and bring the team together
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
