Responsibilities

  • Aid in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain employees.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and daily staffing needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and health department regulations.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain inventory, food costs, and product ordering.
  • Support sales growth through operational excellence and community involvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Food safety certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
