Responsibilities
- Aid in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to provide outstanding customer service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain employees.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and daily staffing needs.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and health department regulations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain inventory, food costs, and product ordering.
- Support sales growth through operational excellence and community involvement.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Food safety certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
