The Role
This role is dynamic and multifaceted. One hour you might be coordinating a high-end event, and the next you might be solving a scheduling puzzle. Your responsibilities include:
- Executive Support: Act as the primary partner to the GM, handling high-level administrative tasks and ensuring daily operations align with the club’s vision.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the charge on staff scheduling and resource management to keep the club humming.
- Event Planning & Coordination: From concept to "boots on the ground" execution, you’ll help manage memorable member events and ranch activities.
- Ranch Communication: Serve as the central hub for communication between staff, management, and ownership.
- Member Success & De-escalation: You are the face of the club for our members. You’ll celebrate their wins and use your cool-headed expertise to de-escalate conflicts and solve problems with grace.
