About the role

The Assistant Manager at Fyre Ants Dispensary Easthampton focuses on staff and customer service, supporting the General Manager with daily dispensary operations, including inventory, compliance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily dispensary operations
• Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
• Oversee inventory management and compliance
• Lead and mentor the team
• Work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Successfully obtain and maintain a Massachusetts Cannabis Agent Registration Badge
• General knowledge of cannabis products, accessories, and local industry trends
• Proven ability to manage a team in a highly regulated, fast-paced retail or sales environment

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel)
• Experience with point-of-sale systems (Greenbits/Metrc preferred)

• High level of integrity
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
