About the role
The Assistant General Manager will assist the GM in directing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations. They are responsible for assisting the GM in managing all day-to-day operations of the store.
Responsibilities
- Directing and overseeing FOH and BOH operations and production
- Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
- Ordering and inventory management
- Safety and sanitation
- Employee management including scheduling, training, and development
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in retail management
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach
- Must be able to lift/carry packages up to 50 pounds
