Requirements
- Food Safety certificate
- Great interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good observation skills
- An ability to accept and deliver constructive criticism
- Computer literate and basic math skills
- An ability to identify and address weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
Responsibilities
- Flexible schedule to include opening and closing
- Collaborate with the Regional General Manager, and assist with project planning to staff management
- Customer product and service standards
- Nurturing a positive working environment with staff and customers
- Delegate daily tasks when needed
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Set a good example for the staff
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Deliver exceptional customer service and store experience
