What You’ll Do
- Create a positive, team-first culture in your restaurant
- Model respect and professionalism in every interaction with team members, guests, and partners
- Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience and that every interaction reflects our standards of hospitality
- Partner with the General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations
- Build, train, and develop both hourly and leadership teams
- Drive sales, manage profitability, and support key performance goals
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Support hiring, coaching, and performance management

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays)
- Flexibility to support different restaurant locations within your market based on business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Comfort using basic technology and systems
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager certification during training
- Able to stay active on your feet and lift up to 40 lbs
