About the role
As a member of Chick-fil-A Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing waste.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries from suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and report generation.
