Assistant General Manager

About the role

As a member of Chick-fil-A Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries from suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and report generation.

Pay
