We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also must not include sections like "Why USAA?" maybe that's part of About the role? The posting includes a narrative about USAA mission etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About USAA". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive parts: - Mission statement: "Why USAA? At USAA, our mission is to empower our members to achieve financial security through highly competitive products, exceptional service and trusted advice. We seek to be the #1 choice for the military community and their families. Embrace a fulfilling career at USAA, where our core values – honesty, integrity, loyalty and service – define how we treat each other and our members. Be part of what truly makes us special and impactful. We are proud to support active-duty military spouses. USAA roles may offer remote or hybrid flexibility for active-duty military spouses consistent with applicable policy and business needs." - The Opportunity: description of role: "We are currently seeking a talented Assistant General Counsel (Insurance Counsel) to join our legal team and support our 50-state coverage model. In this role, you will provide legal counsel to business unit leadership within USAA by identifying and analyzing legal issues and delivering practical, effective legal advice. You will proactively engage with business clients to understand USAA's strategic and operational objectives, while collaborating with internal stakeholders across business units and Legal & Advisory Services. Working independently on matters of significance to the organization, you will directly handle pre-litigation insurance coverage matters for personal lines, including analyzing complex coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, and preparing reservation of rights letters. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Tampa, FL, Phoenix, AZ, and Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is available for this position." - What You'll Do: bullet list of duties. - What You Have: qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, JD required, licensed, 6 years relevant experience with at least 4 years as practicing attorney, ability to communicate legal advice effectively. - What Sets You Apart: preferred qualifications: experience at law firm or in-house counsel handling insurance coverage matters, preparing coverage analyses, opinions, reservation of rights letters, knowledge of state insurance laws, compliance, DOI guidance, regulatory timelines, monitoring insurance regulatory developments, US military experience through service or spouse/domestic partner. - Compensation range: "$143,320.00 - $273,930.00." Also note about compensation process, actual salary may vary by location, pay incentives. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Also note: "USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Please do not apply for this role if at any time (now or in the future) you will need immigration support (i.e., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT Training Plans, etc.)." This is a requirement/note; could be included under Requirements or Qualifications. - Also: "Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis, this posting will remain open until the position is filled. Thus, interested candidates are encouraged to apply the same day they view this posting." That's application instruction; we must remove application instructions per rule. So drop that. - Also: "USAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. - Also: "The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job." That's boilerplate; remove. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (or About USAA): include mission statement and maybe the opportunity overview. - Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do" list. - Requirements: maybe combine "What You Have" and visa note. - Qualifications: maybe separate "What Sets You Apart" as preferred qualifications. - Benefits: benefits list. - Pay: compensation range and notes. - Schedule: mention flexible work environment requiring office 4 days per week. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

About the role

... mission statement and opportunity overview ...

But we need to keep the mission statement and the opportunity details together maybe. Better:

About USAA

but instruction says use e.g. About the role. We'll use About the role. Inside

we can have multiple sentences. Then

Responsibilities

with
  • for each duty from "What You'll Do". Then

    Requirements

    with
    • for each requirement: Bachelor’s degree, JD, licensed, 6 years relevant experience (with at least 4 years as practicing attorney), ability to communicate legal advice effectively, no visa sponsorship (note). Could also include location flexibility? That's more about schedule/location. Then

      Preferred Qualifications

maybe "What Sets You Apart". Could use

      Qualifications

but we already have Requirements. Could use

      Preferred Qualifications

but instruction only gave examples; we can still use

      Qualifications

      QualificationsBenefits with
      • for each benefit. Then

        Pay

        with

containing salary range and notes about variation, incentives. Then

        Schedule

        with

about flexible work environment requiring office 4 days per week. We must also include location info and relocation assistance maybe under About the role or Responsibilities? Could be under About the role as part of opportunity. Let's extract location: "This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Tampa, FL, Phoenix, AZ, and Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is available for this position." We can include that in About the role paragraph. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: visa note we kept as requirement; that's substantive. Now check for any duplicated lines: we need to avoid repeating same content. Let's draft. HTML:
