Assistant General Counsel

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York
• Required: Minimum of 5 years of significant legal work experience, primarily in transactional matters, with a focus in contract negotiation, either as in-house counsel or external legal counsel
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client service, problem solving, project management, and negotiation capabilities
