Assistant Front Desk Sales Manager

About the role

The Assistant Front Desk Sales Manager position at Amazing Lash Studio Scottsdale McDowell Mountain Ranch is seeking a dynamic individual with management experience to oversee sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations to ensure smooth running of the business
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards
• Lead a team in an organized and efficient manner
• Identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Train and motivate team members

Requirements

• Experience in management, including sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager roles
• Excellent leadership skills
• Customer service oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody Software experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams and overseeing operations
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
