Assistant Football Coach Fall 2026

About the role

The Assistant Football Coach will work closely with student-athletes and school personnel to ensure the program fully serves the needs of student-athletes, both in the classroom and on the field.

Responsibilities

• Work with student-athletes and school personnel to support their academic and athletic development.
• Collaborate with the head coach to develop and implement training programs.
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of educational athletics, particularly at the high school level.
• Extensive high school football coaching experience.
• Proven skills in oral, written, and electronic communication.
• Appreciation for the appropriate place of athletics in the overall development of student-athletes.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
