Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Poolside

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in managing all food and beverage outlets and service areas on the resort pool deck.
• Oversee daily operations such as staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and training of colleagues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality through active floor presence and engagement with both guests and team members.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including health and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards and operating procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
• Support special events, holiday operations, and seasonal programming on the pool deck.
