About the role
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the daily operations of the Food & Beverage Division, including EDGE Restaurant & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banquets, and the Pool. This role is responsible for assisting in the selection, training, development, coaching, and motivation of team members while ensuring that Four Seasons service standards, culture, and core values are consistently upheld. The ideal candidate will be a visible and engaged leader who fosters a positive work environment, recognizes employee contributions, promotes exceptional guest experiences, and effectively resolves guest concerns, complaints, and special requests. They will possess a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including food quality, preparation methods, wine and spirits knowledge, and luxury service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day operations across all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Managing labor costs and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory controls, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance throughout all areas of operation.
- Collaborating with culinary and operational teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.
Qualifications
- College degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory, assistant manager, or management position.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, luxury service standards, food and beverage offerings, and guest relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Schedule
This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work days, evenings, overnight shifts as needed, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess valid authorization to work in the United States.

Annual Salary $71,594.72
