Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Amicalola Falls Lodge

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.
• Assisting with developing and implementing strategies to enhance restaurant sales and profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain food quality and restaurant cleanliness.
