Assistant Fitness Manager
Help adults improve their health, strength, and quality of life through evidence-based coaching. We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer who enjoys working with adults 45+ of all fitness levels, particularly those focused on longevity, weight loss, strength, mobility, and healthy aging.

We specialize in personal training, small group training, nutrition coaching, and healthy aging programs, and are committed to helping members feel, move, and perform better while providing coaching staff with the tools and support needed for long-term success.
Compensation
- $19/hour guaranteed base pay during staffed hours
- Personal Training compensation averaging $24-$30 per coaching session
- Semi-Private training opportunities $35-$69 per class (2-4 clients)
- Performance bonuses and commissions

Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness consultations and health assessments
- Perform InBody body composition testing
- Lead private and small-group training sessions
- Design individualized exercise programs
- Coach members on exercise, nutrition, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Build relationships that improve client retention and results
- Support member engagement and community-building initiatives

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching high-end clients
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field
- NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent certification
- Passion for helping people improve their health
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong professionalism and reliability
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
