We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About The Role" heading), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. From posting: - "Who We Are" is intro, not a section heading we need? It's not listed as a heading type; we can include as

maybe but not required. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create headings for sections that have content. We have: - About The Role: content after that heading: "The Assistant Facilities Manager/Director is responsible for assisting the Facility Manager/Director in monitoring and overseeing the daily operations of the repair and maintenance function at an installation." - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Be Doing" and subsequent sentences. We need to extract duties. - Requirements: maybe "Who we're looking for:" includes education, experience, etc. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can separate: Requirements (education, experience) and Qualifications (certifications, skills). However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Who we're looking for: - High School Diploma or GED required. - An associate's degree is preferred - Universal H.V.A.C. certification preferred with a strong understanding of electrical and the ability to read blueprints, prepare contracts and forecast budgets - Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in facilities management or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel and proficient in Yardi preferred - Ability to multi-task and manage several projects and excel under tight deadlines - Working knowledge of local building codes and OSHA standards including, but not limited to, Hazmat, EPA and Universal Waste protocols is preferred. - Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and safe driving record is also required. That's a mix of requirements and qualifications. Could treat as Requirements. Responsibilities list: from "What You'll Be Doing" and subsequent sentences: - Assisting the Facility Manager in providing management oversight for several functions including daily operations, financial reporting, training and development of employees, and customer service to an assigned team comprised of maintenance personnel. - Assists the Facility Manager in building and developing a team of highly motivated, skilled, and productive employees - Responsible for assisting the Facility Manager in overseeing regular physical property inspections at the installation to ensure proper maintenance and management of all assets - Responsible for assisting the facility manager in forecasting maintenance/finance needs and instituting an effective time management program for all personnel to ensure resident satisfaction and project completion goals are met - Attends and assists with LifeWorks events are required Also "Typical Physical Demands:" maybe could be part of Responsibilities or separate? Not a standard heading; we could include under Responsibilities as a bullet? But it's physical demands; maybe we can include as part of Responsibilities or as a separate section? Not in allowed headings list; we could omit or fold into Responsibilities as a bullet. Benefits: listed under "Our Benefits:" with items. Pay: "Pay Rate: $95,000 yr.*" plus explanation. That's specific content, so we should include Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned. So omit Schedule. We should not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as given, but we can rephrase into bullet points? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can convert lists to

    • . For prose sections like About The Role we can use

. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "Assistant Facilities Manager/Director". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

      Pay

Pay Rate: $95,000 yr.* This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, incentive, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law and any applicable plan documents.

We should not include the EEO paragraph at end. Remove. Check for any duplicated lines: none. We must ensure we didn't include any headings with empty content. All sections have content. We used

for each section heading exactly as specified: About the Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We omitted Qualifications and Skills as separate because we merged into Requirements. That's okay; we prefer few substantive sections. Check if any content missing: The "Who We Are" paragraph at start is not included; but it's substantive. Should we include it? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role etc. "Who We Are" is not one of those headings, but we could include as a

      without heading. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow the pattern. It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including a "Who We Are" paragraph as a

without heading is okay. It's substantive. We should preserve all substantive information. So we should include that intro as a

      before any headings. Thus output:

Who We Are At Balfour Beatty Communities, we are dedicated to a singular mission: delivering the quality communities people are proud to call home. We believe exceptional living experiences can only be created when We Care—about our residents, our partners, our communities and each other. Our culture of caring drives every aspect of our business, guiding us to always do the right thing and build meaningful connections as we fulfill the needs of our residents and partners with sincerity, empathy and creativity.

Then the sections. Check for any other substantive info: "Balfour Beatty Communities is part of Balfour Beatty Investments and Balfour Beatty, plc, an international group that finances, develops, builds and maintains infrastructure assets. #INDMT!" This is also substantive. Should we include? It's after benefits before Pay. It's a description of the company. Could be included as a

after Benefits before Pay, or as part of About the Role? Probably better as a separate

maybe under "About the Company" but not a prescribed heading. We could just add a

after Benefits before Pay. Thus after Benefits section, add a

with that sentence. Also note there is a line: "#INDMT!" maybe a hashtag; keep. Thus final HTML:

Who We Are At Balfour Beatty Communities, we are dedicated to a singular mission: delivering the quality communities people are proud to call home. We believe exceptional living experiences can only be created when We Care—about our residents, our partners, our communities and each other. Our culture of caring drives every aspect of our business, guiding us to always do the right thing and build meaningful connections as we fulfill the needs of our residents and partners with sincerity, empathy and creativity.
