Assistant Fabrication Manager

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About Loenbro" and "Job Summary". The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include: About Loenbro (maybe "About the company"? Not listed but we can use "About Loenbro" as heading? The allowed headings list includes "About the role". But we can still use other headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. We have content: About Loenbro (company description) could go under "About the role"? Not exactly. Could be "About Loenbro" but not in list. Might be okay to use "About Loenbro" as heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to map content to those headings. We have: - Job Summary (could be "About the role") - Essential Job Responsibilities (could be "Responsibilities") - Key Duties & Responsibilities (subcategories) maybe part of Responsibilities. - Minimum Qualifications (could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications") - Preferred Qualifications (could be "Qualifications" as well) - Benefits (we have Benefits section) - Physical Demands and Work Environment (maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted? It's substantive but not in list. Could we include as a separate section? The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It didn't restrict to only those headings, but gave examples. I'd include a section for "Physical Demands and Work Environment" maybe as "Work Environment". But not in examples. Might be okay to omit if not required? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could incorporate into "Responsibilities" or "Requirements"? Not ideal. Could create a section "Work Environment". Since not in examples but not prohibited. I'll include as

    Work Environment

. - Also we have "Guided By Core Values ..." which is fluff; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not EEO but maybe considered boilerplate. Might be removed. - Also "Loenbro is an Equal Opportunity Employer" is EEO boilerplate; remove. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

    About the role

    Job Summary ...

    Responsibilities

    • ... list items from Essential Job Responsibilities and Key Duties & Responsibilities combined.
We need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine. Let's extract responsibilities: Essential Job Responsibilities: - Support the Fabrication Manager in leading day-to-day fabrication facility operations. - Serve as the facility leader in the absence of the Fabrication Manager. - Coordinate production schedules, shop workflow, and resource allocation to support project and operational needs. - Partner with project, field, purchasing, warehouse, and design teams to ensure successful execution of fabrication deliverables. - Lead daily production activities while promoting a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Monitor production performance, labor productivity, and operational metrics to drive efficiency and consistency. - Support implementation of process improvements, standardized work practices, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives. - Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in compliance with company policies. Key Duties & Responsibilities (subcategories): Production & Operations: - Oversee daily fabrication operations and production workflow. - Coordinate fabrication schedules, material readiness, and delivery requirements. - Support development of scalable processes, systems, and operational controls that improve efficiency and consistency. - Collaborate with field and project teams to enhance constructability and overall project performance. Quality Assurance & Quality Control: - Maintain quality control processes and fabrication standards. - Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with specifications and requirements. - Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and performance. Fabrication & Manufacturing Oversight: - Provide leadership for fabrication activities, including electrical assemblies, conduit systems, skids, custom builds, and related fabrication processes. - Support welding, metal fabrication, finishing, and coating operations as applicable. - Identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and manufacturing capacity. Team Leadership & Development: - Supervise, coach, and develop fabrication personnel. - Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and workforce development initiatives. - Foster a positive culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Safety: - Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. - Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and industry best practices. - Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, observations, and proactive risk mitigation. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations. We'll combine into a list. Now Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, fabrication, manufacturing, industrial operations, or a related production environment. - Experience supporting electrical prefabrication operations strongly preferred - 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environment. - Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods. - Experience managing production schedules and shop operations. - Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control process - Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Journeyman Electrician License. - Experience in electrical prefabrication operations. - Welding and metal fabrication experience. - Experience with industrial painting or coatings processes. - Familiarity with BIM, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or VDC workflows. - Lean Manufacturing and 5S implementation experience. - Experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, data center, or large commercial construction projects. - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. We can have sections: Requirements (maybe combine minimum and preferred?) Or separate "Minimum Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". The allowed headings include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could use "Requirements" for minimum, and "Preferred Qualifications" maybe as a subsection under Qualifications? But we need to avoid filler. I'll make two sections:

    Requirements

    for minimum, and

    Preferred Qualifications

for preferred. That seems okay. Benefits: we have Benefits section with list. Physical Demands and Work Environment: we can make

    Work Environment

with paragraph. Now we need to remove boilerplate: About Loenbro paragraph (the first paragraph about Loenbro) is substantive? It's company description; could be considered "About Loenbro". Not in examples but we could include as

    About Loenbro

. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might combine About Loenbro with About the role? But About Loenbro is company description, not role. Could include as a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay to include as a separate section "About Loenbro". I'd include it. But we must not repeat job title as heading; we aren't. Now produce HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's craft.
