About the role

As an Assistant Executive Director at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the facility, including planning, organizing, delegating, team meetings, marketing, budgeting, and overseeing clinical and medical care of patients. Your responsibilities also include promoting performance improvement and community relations that align with the company's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Aids in the development, implementation, and enforcement of all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with agency, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
  • Plans and administers managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
  • Participates in the Performance Improvement Plan for client care, teammate retention, and performance.
  • Safeguards the well-being of teammates and patients by developing and implementing policies and procedures addressing health and safety accreditation standards.
  • Supervises, trains, and orientations teammates as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Maintains a system for reviewing personnel files in accordance with Talent/Human Resource guidelines.
  • Ensures adherence to policies for documenting in patient records and timely completion of training courses.
  • Attends team meetings and completes all training courses on time as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years’ experience in management or administrative/supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders or mental health treatment facility
  • Current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment
  • Ability to travel up to 20% may be required to attend meetings and conferences
  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution in Human Services field

$70,304/year to $71,000/year
