The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments. Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

About the role

Assist with the leadership of all campus operations as delegated by the Executive Director. Responsible for developing and monitoring the operational and capital budgets for the CBRF and SNF. Oversee the general leadership of all interdisciplinary team members. Ensure the provision of quality programs and services for residents and prompt resolution of concerns to achieve resident satisfaction. Maintain effective communications with residents, family members, and personal representatives, and participate in resident/family council meetings. Maintain professional credentials and stay informed of changes in the field at local, state, and federal levels. Develop facility policies in accordance with changing regulations and improving practices. Administer and maintain all corporate policies and procedures pertaining directly to the CBRF and SNF. Participate in operational and strategic planning for the campus. Provide on-call services as assigned and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Comply with all local, state, and federal requirements and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, administration, social work, or a business-related field (required).
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (required).
  • Minimum of one-year leadership experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to change.

Pay

$90,000–$129,000 (higher pay may be considered based on qualifications and experience).
